Callus

A callus is a hard thickened area of the skin on the feet. This is caused due to repeated irritation or pressure on an skin on the feet. This can be painful. Treatment includes removal of the callus and advice on how to manage the callus at home. Contact for an appointment.

Orthotics are insoles that are put inside your shoes to influence and improve the function of your feet. Essentially they are used to offload/absorb pressure, correct foot position and correct the biomechanics of how your foot works. This can help to ease foot pain. I will carry out a consultation with you and advise on the best orthotics for your biomechanical foot issues. Orthotic insoles be purchased in the clinic. Dry Skin

Dry Skin is caused due to lack of moisture, this causes the skin to become dry and flaky and in some cases sore. I will advise on manage dry skin. CCS foot cream can be purchased in the clinic. Contact for an appointment.
